SAG AWARDS: RED CARPET ELEGANCE

Happy Monday, Lovelies!
I am back, and have a busy week in the city for shows, dinners, apartment hunting and catch up with a good friend over drinks!
Last night were the Screen Actors Guild awards, and since I am a part of the SAG-AFTRA union as an actor, I wanted to do a fashion post from them.  There were some hits and misses, as always, which completely depends on your personal taste!
I wanted to post some of the elegance that I saw walk the red carpet, and would love to hear what some of your favorite fashions were if you watched them on TV!

LOOK 4 LESS: RED CARPET FASHIONS

Happy Friday!!!

Being award season and all, and with the Oscars just around the corner, I think people are looking at lots of pretty, fancy, long evening gowns!

So, I though I would post a couple dresses worn by stars on the red carpet and offer a very similar look, which allows you to copy their look, at a more affordable price!

I have been a big Claire Danes fan since her days on the popular, yet short lived, ABC show "My So-Called Life!" I also happen to be a fan of the beautiful, simple, coral dress by Calvin Klein that she wore to the Golden Globes this year.

While looking at red carpet fashions online, the vibrant blue dress that Jessica Alba wore to the 2011 Orange British Academy Film Awards caught my eye. There is really no way to perfectly match the stunning color and fabric, but I found something that offers a similar look in the same color family!
