LIFE: MY FEBRUARY FAVORITES + MY HEALTHY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE


happy tuesday, blogland! 


'tis the end of february, and that means it's time to share my favorites from this month!  each is an item i've discovered AND/OR BEEN USING NON-STOP IN FEBRUARY, AND MY FAVORITES ARE NEVER SPONSORED POSTS.  


I've started pilates and some light weight training again, 5-7 times a week, which i used to do daily as an actor livng in la. I'm recently discovered the toning ball and am loving it!


That, plus a little pampering using a great facial scrub and some fun collagen eye masks my sister sent me, mixed with eating a NUTRITIOUS breakfast filled with super foods has had me feeling fabulous.  


speaking of, I recently jumped on the overnight oats bandwagon, see my YUMMY, healthy recipe below, and have discovered chia seeds, love!

HEALTHY OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

RECIPE ADAPTED FROM SKINNY TASTE


1/4 CUP RAW QUICK OATS

1/2 CUP OF VANILLA ALMOND MILK

1/2 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS

1/2 TBSP OF CINNAMON


»  COMBINE ABOVE IN A JAR AND SHAKE OR STIR TOGETHER.   

»  PLACE IN THE REFRIDGERATOR OVERNIGHT FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS. 

»  REMOVE FROM THE REFRIGERATOR AND POUR INTO A BOWL. 

»  ENJOY AS IS OR with half of a freshly sliced banana
or 1/2 cup of blueberries on top, YUM.
