SIMPLY SPLENDID SPRING/SUMMER SALAD

While perusing Trader Joe's, a fun, organic, affordable, health food grocery store, that is very popular in CA, I purchased some fresh and healthy fruits, veggies and goodies.

I then created a salad layering crispy romaine lettuce, most commonly used in caesar salads, fresh dried cranberries, organic green pears and fat-free feta cheese with a drizzle of fat-free Eating Right herb and balsamic vinaigrette dressing and marinade, as you can see below, and it was DELISH! :)

I realize this isn't fashion related, but I wanted to share my light, crispy, fresh, healthy, yet full of flavor, salad creation with all of you because I think it is perfect to eat on it's own or to pair with some grilled chicken or salmon!

This would also a fun make for a summer BBQ or gathering, which can be enjoyed by all...even vegetarians, something I think about more now since my unexpected love Justin is one! :)

Let me know if you give it a try and what you think or share your favorite healthy and oh so yummy salad creations! Oh yes, and if you are interested in seeing more, I will post some of the healthy and tasty creations I conjure up from time to time!

'Til next time, have a Wonderful Weekend and I'll be back next week with another fun post and affordable fashion look! :)
