CHRISTMAS EVE AND DAY IN LA LA LAND

Happy Wednesday, Everyone!

It is raining again in LA LA Land, and so today I am staying in with my unexpected love watching "Everwood" seasons on DVD by the fire and stay snuggled on the couch! :)

That said, I thought I would also do a picture post from my Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my extraordinary parents and oh so fabulous uncles!

Christmas Eve we went to a really nice dinner in Beverly Hills at La Dulce Vita followed by a lovely glass of champagne at the Beverly Hills Hotel where we also checked out all their pretty Christmas trees and decorations, which was lovely!

I was sure to get home by midnight to be in bed before Santa arrived and I was tracking him all night, so, I knew when he was on his way to LA LA Land, thanks to Norad's Santa Tracker! :)

I took some pictures right before going to bed of the beautiful glow and the stocking my grandmother made for me when I was little, which is one of my favorite things!

Christmas Day, we all gathered again at the place where my parents are currently staying while out in LA LA Land for our traditional Christmas brunch complete with mimosas and my mother's delish strata and pumpkin bread!

I showed up in my Cindy Lou Hou Christmas Santa hat, which they got a kick out of, with a fun Christmas arrangement of flowers I put together for them, and we enjoyed our yummy brunch before going back to my apartment to open gifts.

One of my best friends overnighted us some oh so yummy red velvet and chocolate cupcakes from NYC for our family to enjoy, which was so sweet, but she is one of the most thoughtful people I know! I put them on my cupcake tree, which made it look cute, and enjoyed a red velvet one later that day for dessert! :)

I hope you all had wonderful Christmas Eve and Day celebrations with your family and friends and are ready to ring in the New Year 2011! Oh my! :)
