Also, I came across this wonderful video via Pinterest that someone had pinned from YouTube made by Wendy on her Wendy's Lookbook channel. I hadn't heard of her until seeing this video, but turns out she is quite popular in the fashion world and her story alone is quite an inspiration, which you can read on her blog if interested!
The video shows you 25 ways to tie a scarf in 4.5 minutes, which I found facinating and very well put together! So, since this is a post all about scarves, I thought I would share it with all of you as well! Enjoy...some fun music with it too!
Finally, how about a fun way to store all of your lovely scarves? While on the oh so popular Etsy, oh how I love it, I came across a hanger to hang scarves from, which was quite nice from Snuggle Bug Crafts Etsy shop!
Now, this is mostly for the thinner or lighter weight scarves, not the chunky, knit scarves, which I think might be best stored folded, but I still think it is quite nice for keeping them all hung up nicely and so you can remember all the colors and styles you have at an affordable price!
Mahogany Wooden Scarf Hanger

I want to thank each of you for the many messages I have been receiving from many new readers of my blog, you have no idea how much they mean to me right now! :)
Also, if you have not yet entered Kat from Mary & Dryer and my Falling Into Fall Giveaway for the carmel Nine West wallet, which I kind of want myself...hehe...you have still have time to do so HERE!
SIDE NOTE: Yay for all our US troops coming back home and in time for the holidays!!! After what was a long 9 year war, we really appreciate all they have done to help protect us and our country!

This is a great post. The prices are so affordable. I also like that scarf hanger. I have mine stuffed in a hanging shoe bag. Thanks for such a practical and informative post.
ReplyDeleteLove the leopard scarf!!
ReplyDeleteGreat post and I just love this video! I should get this scarf hanger for myself. I don´t have good place to store my scarves. :D

Scarves are items I've been wanting to incorporate in my style. This post definitely helped.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE scarves, especially those circle ones that are really big right now! So this post came at the best time, hehehe :) And that scarf hanger is so cool, it makes storing them so much easier...mine are currently squashed into a drawer :( Not very nice for them!!
ReplyDeleteI am in love with scarves! That hanger is awesome, I may need to invest in one to help keep all of mine organized!
ReplyDeleteWoo! I want one of those gray ones!
ReplyDeleteYay for scarves!! I love the variety you chose here Liesl! I sometimes use a neutral scarf to tone-down an outfit but oftentimes I use a bright color or pattern to kick it up a notch. Definitely one of my fav things about fall and winter!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'd like to second your "side note"...definitely something worth celebrating :-)
Have a beautiful weekend Liesl!
