Happy Cinco de Mayo, Everyone!!!
If I were with my family right now, we would be enjoying my mother's amazing tacos with all the sides on a rainbow-tastic tablescape with brightly colored plates, cups and napkins just like we did each year growing up...it was always a colorful explosion and my mother added all the perfect touches to make it special! :)
Cinco de Mayo just screams Mexican food and a refreshing margarita to me...kind of like our Cabo Cantina night out! That said, how the heck did May get here so quickly?!? Are any of you doing anything fun to celebrate?
