TOO HOT? SANTA TO THE RESCUE!


I think I had a little too much fun coming up with my title for this blog...don't ya think? ;)

While at Target picking up Mariah Carey's new "Merry Christmas II You" CD, which came out on Tuesday, I strolled through the Dollar Spot area, which I often do, and stumbled upon the cutest set of Santa Hot Pads that I just felt I had to have, especially for the price!

Keep an eye out for the above Santa mitts, which will most likely be making a festive appearance at our 7th Annual Holiday Par-tay! ;)

Yes, I realize it might be a little early to be talking about Christmas, but the truth is that all the stores in my area already have their holiday decorations up, now that Halloween is over!

Also, this year I am already way ahead on my holiday shopping...it feels fabulous! Next up, Christmas cards! :)

Have any of you begun your holiday shopping?

Speaking of the holidays, I saw a "Dear Santa" blog post today that I thought was adorable and feel I shall be writing mine come December...so stay tuned!


Side Note: I have a not so secret love for the Backstreet Boys and they are making a reunion appearance with Kevin Richardson today on "Oprah"...I can't wait! :)

    Too cute! I love stuff like that. I put a candle or CD with it, tie it up in a nice bow, and have an instant hostess or teacher gift for the holidays!

    Girl, I had a Thirty One party the other night and almost all of my Christmas shopping is done!!!! I have a few things to get for Jemma and the hubby. Wooo hoooo!!!

    I saw the Backstreet Boys on Oprah!! It was so nice that Kevin came back for the show and to sing for that girl! I love that they are going on tour with the New kids on the block!

    PS Love the mit and pot holder...so cute!

    PS did you say that Mariah Carey has a new Christmas cd out? How did I miss that? I LOVE her first one from the 90s and play it every Christmas!!! :)
